Our American Legion Post, chartered in 1919, welcomes VETERANS from all branches of the armed forces. We are proud to serve our country and our community. Our mission is to promote the values, ideals, dreams, peace, and blessings of our nation,

friends, and families.  We invite the patriotic citizens of Albany to join our post as boosters or sponsors - 

 All the funds we raise go back to the community.

 We support scholarships for our children, aid, and assistance for our local needy families,

  and other worthy community programs and projects.
